Predominantly,
sausages in the
world are produced
in animal casings,
or skinless (without
intestines), using
advanced equipment
and technology. If
intestines are used
they stay on and end
up being a ‘skin’ on
the sausage. Since
casings are
imported, there is
no guarantee of
these being ‘Halal’.
Thus, we at K&N's,
decided to produce
‘SKINLESS’
sausages by
implementing high
technology.
To prepare our Deli
Line sausages,
international
standard, food
grade, cellulose
casings are used,
which are then
peeled off using
automatic peeler,
thereby bringing you
‘skinless’ sausages.
So all K&N's Deli
Line sausages are
‘skinless’ (that is,
without casing),
which can be enjoyed
without worrying
about their skin.
