Ingredients

    For Red Sauce: 

  • K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks - 400gm
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic - 1 tsp; chopped
  • Onion - 1/2 cup; chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Red chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree - 1/4 cup
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
  • Oregano - 1/2 tsp; dried
  • Basil - 1/2 tsp; dried

  • For Mac & Cheese: 

  • Macaroni - 2 cups; boiled
  • Black pepper- 1/2 tsp; crushed
  • White pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • All-purpose flour - 2 tbsp
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Cheddar cheese - 1/4 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese - 1/4 cup
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup
  • Cream cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped parsley - to serve
Method

For Sauce: 

Prepare K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks as per instructions on pack. Set aside.

In a pan, heat oil, add onion, garlic and cook for a minute.

Add salt, red chili powder, garlic powder, black pepper, red chilli flakes, tomato puree, tomato paste and cook for 5 - 6 minutes. 

Sprinkle oregano and basil on top. Add prepared K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks to it.

Mix well until K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks are fully coated in the sauce. Set aside.


For Mac & Cheese: 

Melt butter in a medium saucepan and add flour. Cook for a minute over medium-low heat.

Gradually add milk and stir gently until the mixture comes to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

Add white pepper, black pepper, salt and stir well.

Turn heat to very low, add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.

Add the cooked Macaroni and mix well.


Assembling: 

Take serving bowls and add a layer of mac & cheese to the bottom.

Top it with K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks sauce and add another layer of mac & cheese on top.

Lastly spread K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks sauce on top and serve.
