Ingredients
  • K&N’s Nuggets - 12 Nuggets
  • Nachos - as required
  • Sour cream - as required
  • Salsa - as required
  • Parsley - for garnish
  •  

    For Salsa:

  • Onion - ½ cup; chopped
  • Tomatoes - 1 cup; chopped
  • Ketchup - ¾ cup
  • Green chilli - 1 tsp; chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp; chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Pickled jalapenos - 3 tbsp

Method

Prepare K&N’s Nuggets as per instructions on pack and cut into halves.

Take a platter, place nachos in base, top it with salsa and K&N’s Nuggets.

Drizzle sour cream and garnish with parsley.

 

For Salsa:

In a bowl add all ingredients and mix well. Your salsa is ready.

  • Cream - ½ cup
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Milk - ¼ cup

Method

In a bowl, add cream, milk, lemon juice, salt; mix it slightly and refrigerate for 1 hour. Whisk it well.

Your sour cream is ready to use.
