Ingredients
  • K&N's Mughlai Tikka - 22-24 kababs
  • Tortilla bread - as required
  • Chilli sauce - as required
  • Lettuce - as required
  • Salad - as required
  • Yogurt garlic sauce – as required

 

For Yogurt Garlic Sauce:

  • Yogurt - 1 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • White pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Mint - 1 tsp; chopped
  • Garlic - 1 tsp; chopped
  • Tahini sauce - 1 tbsp

 

For Chilli Sauce:

  • Tomato - 1 cup; chopped
  • Onion - 1 cup; diced
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder- 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Garlic cloves - 3
  • Ketchup - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Whole red chillies - 5-6
  • Green chillies - 2-3

 

For Salad:

  • Cucumber - ½ cup; chopped
  • Onion - ½ cup; chopped
  • Tomato - ½ cup; chopped
  • Coriander leaves - ½ cup; chopped
  • Lemon juice - 4 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste

 

Method

Prepare K&N's Mughlai Tikka as per instructions on pack.

Take tortilla bread, spread chilli sauce on bread evenly.

Add prepared K&N's Mughlai Tikka and drizzle yogurt garlic sauce on top.

Add salad and wrap it like a roll.

Your Mughlai Tikka Burritos are ready to serve.

 

For Yogurt Garlic Sauce:

In a bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.

Your sauce is ready. Set aside.

 

For Chilli Sauce:

Blend together all these ingredients to make a fine paste.

Your chilli sauce is ready, set aside.

 

For Salad:

In a bowl, mix all the vegetables.

Add lemon juice and salt. Your salad is ready, set aside.
