- K&N’s Seekh Kabab - 8-10 kababs
- Oil - ½ cup
- Onion - 1 cup; chopped
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes - 1 cup; cubed
- Water - as required
- Salt - to taste
- Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Yogurt - 1 cup
- Bell pepper - 1 cup; julienned
- Green chillies - 3-4; diagonally cut
- Butter - 1 tsp
- Onion rings - as required
- Mozzarella cheese - as required; shredded
- Cheddar cheese - as required; shredded
Prepare K&N’s Seekh Kabab as per instructions on pack. Set aside.
In a pan heat oil, add onion, and sauté until translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes, water, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, yogurt and cook for 4-5 minutes or until oil separates.
Add prepared K&N’s Seekh Kabab, bell pepper, green chillies and mix well. Cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Heat sizzler plate, add butter and onion rings on it. Now put the prepared Seekh Kabab Masala on the sizzler. Add shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
Your Sizzling Cheesy Kabab Masala is ready.
