Storage: Keep frozen.
Cooking Procedure:
Appliances and utensils vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.
For safety, must be cooked to an internal temparature of 74°C as measured by a meat thermometer.
Defrost product inside refrigerator until slightly thawed, prior to cooking.
Avoid refreezing thawed product.
Cooking Pot: To enjoy traditional Kofta curry, prepare curry
with your choice of recipe. Add slightly thawed Kofta along with water. Cook until ready.
OR
Wok: To enjoy Kofta as a snack, preheat oil to frying
temperature (180°C). Deep fry slightly thawed Kofta for 6 minutes, or until fully cooked.
